For visits, prescriptions, labs and imaging costs we accept most major PPO insurance plans. If you are paying out-of-pocket we keep all costs clear and transparent.

We accept these California PPO plans:


United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, Blue Shield, and Anthem Blue Cross. 


After your insurance carrier processes your claim, they'll let us know how much to charge you. We'll send you a statement and charge your card 7 days later so you have time to review.


If you have questions about billing, please call us — we know it can be confusing.

Almond does not bill you for any labs, prescriptions, or imaging done outside of our office.

You can absolutely still be an Almond patient even if we don’t accept your insurance.
